The next PRI-AMAS stewardship roundtable will deep-dive into real estate stewardship.

Real estate is a cornerstone of Swiss institutional portfolios, yet it remains under-explored as a stewardship discipline. Unlike listed equity, real estate stewardship runs primarily on operational influence, contractual control and, frequently, controlling interests and board positions in the underlying assets and vehicles.

This roundtable will focus on how investors exercise stewardship across both direct holdings (where the investor controls the asset) and indirect holdings (through funds, investment foundations and other collective vehicles).
